Are you sure it's an audio file?
According to this it's a "MicroSim PCBoard Netlist File For The Board Layout" file.

Having seen some of the difficulties in getting wxWidgets to work properly cross-platform I'd expect that getting Audacity to work with wxEmbedded would be a major undertaking.
