Where did the MOGG file come from?
If it's not one that you made yourself and it is distorted, there is probably nothing you can do about it, so why worry?

If it "only just" touched the red (when soloed) it may not be a problem - does it sound distorted?

If you push the sound of 9 tracks through 2 channels, it is very likely to distort. Try using the track Solo buttons to listen to one channel at a time and there should be no distortion.

The second Sound is very queer, like nails on a washing board. I've no idea how to remove without demolishing all That sounds like "overload distortion" in some part of the recording equipment, but it has been modified by the MP3 compression. I doubt that can be removed or even noticeably...

Audacity does not "Save" audio files - the "Save" function saves an "Audacity Project" which is NOT and ordinary audio file. To create an ordinary audio file, use "File menu > Export". See here for the Export options: http://manual.audacityteam.org/o/man/file_...

Audacity currently supports playback of up to 2 channels (stereo). How many channels are there in the MOGG file?
