Obviously, there is no handler for the Help button but it should not be too hard to write and I would be glad to help out. It is in Audacity 2.0. You may have the wrong menu - it is not the "Tracks" menu from the main menu bar - to get the "Track drop down menu" (the menu for one audio track), click on the name of the track in the panel on the left end of the track: http://manual.audacityteam.org/o/m...
