Page 8 of the mixer manual. "2.3.4 signal assignment".

Re: How do I make a voice sound like Double from Skullgirls?

There's definitely a Vocoder type effect in there. This is a bit like tasting some food and then trying to guess the recipe. In this case the "food" is a mash-up of all sorts of ingredients that have been diced, crushed, boiled, baked, mashed, simmered, spiced, sweetened, thickened, whiske...

Re: What a such thing happened. Just look at it

Yes that is DC offset. Unless you are using a USB mic it is more likely to be due to the sound card than the microphone - it is a common problem with built-in sound cards. DC offset can be corrected using the Normalize effect http://manual.audacityteam.org/o/man/normalize.html Note that this does no...

Re: Toolbar button icons

Theme support is an experimental feature that is currently disabled in Audacity.

I manually downloaded the zip drive, separated the file, and found the missing document so I figured it out. I could not figure out how to delete the post so thanks for the help. No need to delete the previous post - a forum topic that traces the path to success can be very useful for other users. ...

Re: add Preference for Click Removal on import

I like the idea of streamlining the work-flow and automating repetitive tasks, but I'm wondering where this is going and whether "Just like Normalize" is the best approach. I can see the case for adding a Preference for Click Removal on Import, just as I see the case for Normalize on impor...

Re: Sound / Silence Marker

I'd like to keep this topic as the "active" one.
This proposed Sound/Silence Marker on the first page of this topic is still current, but has been ruled out until there is a "simple" version such as "Album Track Finder", thus this topic is currently on hold.

Re: Creating a single mono file

Would I be better to save them using the Stereo to Mono feature in order to save space? Would I lose much in terms of audio? As you say, doing that will save space. You will lose the "stereo" information and there is no way to get that back once it has gone. If you're certain that you wil...

Unfortunately, not much has change yet.
