I'm not sure what you mean. Do you mean that you are "importing" the files from the BR80 into Audacity? If so, then how exactly are you doing that?

It's not "autocorection", it is "autocorrelation". It is a rather "advanced" feature that I don't use myself, but there is some information on Wikipedia: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Autocorrelation

Use "File menu > Close" after creating the noise profile. That should then close the project and, assuming that no other Audacity projects are open, will open a new project, but because it is the same "session" the noise profile should still be available.
