Does it play correctly in Audacity?

I checked for updates but it said it was updated already Windows only checks for generic Windows drivers. It does not check for the latest drivers for your specific sound card - to do that you need to check it yourself. If your computer is a branded computer and you are using the original sound car...

You will have to ask Serato. None of the crew here have Serato so we are not familiar with the intricacies of how to use that software.

Select the note, then make a duplicate copy of the selection (Ctrl+D). Select the new copy and make another duplicate. You now have 3 notes - all the same note playing at the same time. Use the "Change Pitch" effect to change the pitch of one of the copies, and then to the other duplicate ...

Tracks can also be sorted by track name or start time (look in the main "Tracks" menu).
