1. Exit Audacity
2. Restart Audacity
3. "Help menu > Diagnostics > Show Log"
4. Copy and paste the contents of the log into your reply.

I doubt that this will be much help to the original poster as they have not visited this forum in nearly 4 years, and Gale Andrews passed away in 2017.
However, I'm interested to know why you say the file is Wwise Vorbis.

Look in "Edit menu > Preferences > Libraries".
Which version of FFmpeg does it say you have?

That's a really old version. I don't recall exactly when LAME was first included in Audacity, but it is definitely included in the current 2.4.2 version: https://www.audacityteam.org/download/windows/
