If 2.0.2 was installed in the default location using the Windows installer, then you should be able to install 2.0.5 over the top.
If you're unsure, there is no harm in un-installing 2.0.2 first.

I've been interested for a long while in making the Audacity Envelope tool more user friendly but we get very little direct user feedback about it.

Windows has a habit of changing the output audio device when you connect a USB audio device.
Look in the Windows Sound Control Panel to set the default playback device to whatever you are actually using for playback.
