Find where the file is located on your computer and go to that location in your file browser. You can then drag and drop the file into Audacity, providing that it a supported file type. Is there any easy way to input Noise Profile as a constant from an external source rather than selecting (marking) from the file being processed for Noise removal everyday? As far as I'm aware, not without modifying the Audacity source code and building your own custom version. Even if you do that ...

If you require aggressive de-essing, then there is probably a problem with either your microphone, headphones (or whatever you are listening with), your microphone placement, microphone technique, or you need some voice training. If you'd like to post a short sample, just a few seconds in WAV format...

It's not being done by Audacity. Audacity doesn't have real time processing, so it can't do that even if you wanted it to. What sort of microphone / sound card are you using?
