A bit on the low side. We normally recommend that you aim to peak at around -6 dB.

In Truncate Silence, try setting both the Max Silence and Min Silence to smaller values. I think the smallest allowed value is 1 millisecond. These can be used in conjunction with Change Tempo. Audacity uses "32 bit float" internally, so working and exporting in 32 bit float format ensures that the exported audio is identical to the data in Audacity. "Signed 32 bit" is a very high definition format but not "identical" to 32 bit float. "32 bit float" ...
