Out of interest, were you using a high sample rate?
As concern, have you exported a backup copy in WAV format? (WAV {or FLAC} files are extremely robust and make excellent backups)

Could you post an example squeak? About 5 or 6 seconds in WAV or FLAC format (not MP3).

If you're referring to piano tool squeaks, then I'd recommend a can of WD40. It's much more effective at eliminating squeaks than any amount of post-processing.

Although of no use to Robert, a "graph" that allows drawing arbitrary curves (like the "Draw Curves" view in Equalization) would be nice.
