Re: ASIO Multi Client Wrapper
The only thing that comes to mind is if you have set the default sample rate in Audacity to 192000 (Edit > Preferences > Quality). Check that the default in Audacity is set to a sensible setting that you know is supported by your sound card, and check that ASIO4All is set up the same (probably 44.1 ...

Re: '70's/'80's CD music remix examples using Audacity
One tip: Select part of the track and open the Equalization effect. On the "Graphic Eq" view, set the controls "flat" (the "Flatten" button), then move one slider up and press the Preview button. Reset to "flat" and repeat with the next slider. You will find t...

Re: Easiest way to reassemble wav files after export?
That may be reasonable, but there may be an expectation the leading white space before the audio starts is excluded because that happens now with "Export". The behaviour would be easily discoverable , without even looking in the manual (just by trying it). Excluding leading white space do...

Re: looping click???
I was wondering if I could explore this a little further as I am struggling to find a resolution to this. Sure we can :) First, lets see what happens if you try to loop audio that we know for certain is a perfect loop. Close and re-open Audacity (new empty project) From the Audacity Generate menu, ...

Re: Pops and clicks in playback
In the device toolbar , try selecting "HDA Intel PCH: 92HD87B1/3 Analog (hw:0,0)" as the recording input device and "front" as the output playback device. Note that with these settings there must be no other audio applications running, and if you have been watching video in your ...
