Re: Speech codec
As Gale wrote, the Speex format is deprecated and has been superseded by the Opus format. Adding support for Opus to Audacity is already on the FR page, and I have added my vote for it. As Jason123 voted for Speex before Gale pointed out that it had been superseded, I guess that his vote could be ad...

Re: Db(A), Db(C) equalizations should not miss in stock auda
I think that the A-weighted curve that I posted is reasonably accurate. If someone could test it for accuracy then it could be uploaded to: http://wiki.audacityteam.org/wiki/EQCurvesDownload I don't think that the curves posted by rin67630 are accurate enough to publish. The feature request to log o...

Why "show clipping" looks worse than it is
When "Show Clipping" is enabled in the View menu, users are frequently alarmed by the amount of red, especially if the music in question was commercially purchased. I've also noticed that when "Show Clipping" is enabled, it often looks much worse than it really is. Here is an exa...

Re: Regular Interval Region Labels
Update: I have a version that I'm very happy with, except that I need to be able to grey out controls that are not active. Unfortunately that feature will not be available in Audacity 2.1, but I am hopeful that we will have it soon.

Re: Raspberry Pi + Audio Technica Turntable
There are several threads on the Raspberry Pi forum about getting USB audio input working - including this one: http://www.raspberrypi.org/forums/viewt ... 28&t=10848
A bit of Googleing for "raspberry pi usb audio input" might help.
How did you install Raspbian? Did you use Noobs?

Re: Raspberry Pi + Audio Technica Turntable
We do not officially support the Raspberry Pi - mostly because it is a bit lacking in resources and horsepower, but I know that one of the developers managed to get it working.
How did you install Audacity?
Does it work using the on-board audio input?

Re: Mass installing Audacity using .MSI
Audacity doesn't supply an MSI installer, but apparently there is a "a Group Policy Installation script" that can help: http://wiki.audacityteam.org/index.php?title=Group_Policy_Installation Note that this is a third party script, so we probably can't offer much support for it (I certainly...

Re: Apply a chain to several projects
Mod-script-pipe is an experimental module. It is known to expose security risks so it is not considered to be ready for release. Applying chains to multiple projects is a feature request. I have added your vote for that feature. Having said that, Audacity projects are not very suitable for long term...

Re: Improving waveform dB vertical scale
We seem to have three feature requests here: Additional dB options between -60 and -90 dB in Meter/Waveform dB range: http://forum.audacityteam.org/viewtopic.php?p=249620#p249620 and http://forum.audacityteam.org/viewtopic.php?p=249625#p249625 Unless there are objections I will commit that patch aft...
