That sounds like electronic noise, probably generated inside the computer. The manual for the Blackjack states that the inputs and outputs may be balanced or unbalanced when using 1/4" jack plugs (the XLR inputs are balanced only). RCA connectors are always unbalanced. Therefore the leads that you need are the one's that I indicated about 20 posts previously. As flynw...

To avoid confusion and other complications, when you export (File menu > Export Audio), ensure that you use a new and unique file name.
