Re: Adjusting the EQ while the project is playing.
I can not seem to listen to a project and adjust the EQ at the same time. Is that even possible? If so how? Unfortunately Audacity cannot do that. However, one of the developers is currently working on that, so hopefully it will be possible in a future version. For now, the closest that you can get...

Re: How I can remove the nasal voice?
I doubt that a great deal can be done through audio processing. Careful microphone placement may help to some extent, but the major part of any improvement is most likely to come from you. Sorry to harp on about this, but I do think that your best chance of improving voice recordings are through the...

Re: How I can remove the nasal voice?
If your voice is nasal, then it is nasal - doesn't make you a bad person ;) There is not much can be done with technology about the unique characteristics that make each person's voice unique, without making their voice sound robotic or artificial. Jim Henson has a pretty weir voice, but that did no...

Re: First time using. need HELP!!!!
Please provide more information, including the information requested in the pink box near the top of the page. I pull it up but it won't let me do anything when I start playing music. Sorry but that does not tell us anything useful. Are you able to launch (start) Audacity? Have you read this part of...

Re: iZotope: selecting multiple clicks
No worries.
The issue is that the forum crew and the vast majority of visitors to this forum are (not surprisingly) Audacity users rather than iZotope Rx users.
From looking at the screenshot that you posted, I'd guess that in Audacity you would still be faced with fixing them one at a time.

Re: iZotope: selecting multiple clicks
Although this section of the forum is called "Audio Processing", it is a subsection of the Audacity forum, so like the rest of this forum, the emphasis is on using Audacity. We are not able to offer technical support for other software. For questions about using iZotope you would probably ...

Re: how to play audacity audio on windows media
Audacity works in its own project format. The "Save" command saves the "Audacity project".
To create a normal audio file, use the "Export Audio" command (in the File menu).

Re: Recording Stops For No Reason?
If there is a time selection (see: http://manual.audacityteam.org/o/man/selection_toolbar.html) then recording will (by default) stop at the end of the selection. To ensure that there is no selection, click the http://manual.audacityteam.org/o/m/images/0/01/rewind.png "Skip to Start" butto...
