Re: Disapearing Audio!

The error is the same, "Couldn't find the project folder That is not what you said the original message was. As explained here http://manual.audacityteam.org/o/man/audacity_projects.html the "project folder" is the folder that contains the audio data. For a project called "inter...

1) Which version of Windows?
2) Have you tried: "File menu > Open" and then browse to the "interview.aup" file and select it.
2b) If "File menu > Open" fails, please state the exact error message.

Re: Disapearing Audio!

Re: Gang all the Gain controls together

So I'm clear about that, does that mean that if the master fader was moved from unity gain to -1 dB, that the range of all the track gain sliders becomes -37 dB to +35 dB with a centre point of -1 dB? Yes. If the track gain sliders don't physically move in response to a master fader, it could still...

Re: Gang all the Gain controls together

I can understand some problems related to my request, such if one or more Gain control are near their lowest levels, not allowing for -4dB change. That is quite easily resolved . Currently the track Gain sliders have a centre position of 0 and a range of +/- 36 dB. Taking the idea of a "Master...
