1) Uninstall vst-bridge. That was only for very old (long time obsolete) versions of Audacity.

You may need to set the "host" to "WASAPI" in the device toolbar and then set the "number of channels" to "4".

That all looks OK.
Set Audacity to record, then open "PulseAudio Volume Control" (if it's not installed, install "pavucontrol") and in the Recording tab, select the input that you want to record from.
