Ensure that playback is "stopped" and not just "paused". Click the "Stop" button.

Re: Tempo effect on all tracks : unequality
Windows 7 & Audacity 2.05 There has never been an "Audacity 2.05". Perhaps you mean Audacity 2.0.5, in which case you are running an old version. The current version is 2.1.1 which is available here: http://web.audacityteam.org/download/windows Try the current version, and if you stil...

It is not currently possible to include graphics in the interface of Nyquist plug-ins.

Re: Slim down the Click Track interface
If this was a built in effect, If this was a built in effect, we could be a lot more sophisticated with the interface. We could, for example, show for sounds that have discernible pitch, the pitch of the selected tone, and the pitch could be "per click type" rather than for all click type...

Re: New version of "Crossfade Tracks"
I agree "Alternate" looks more correct for us as experienced users. It's also fine as soon as you use the effect and see what it does, but it may not be clear to the inexperienced. I think we're quite close with the wording, How about: Fade direction: Automatic Alternating: Out first Alte...

Re: New version of "Crossfade Tracks"
Thanks for the suggestions Robert. The problem with "First: out; Second: in" and similar, is that it does not describe what happens if 3 or more tracks are selected. I'd rather not disallow selecting more than 2 tracks, because "Auto" will generally do the right thing regardless ...

I think you are probably referring to the "Envelope tool" http://manual.audacityteam.org/o/man/envelope_tool.htmlgeosv wrote:where you could manually shape the volume thruout the file. I can't find that now.

Re: File path and extension
I've worked with software that made you collect your clips in a Bin before use. Highlighting a clip in the Bin is the perfect way to display Clip Info (and a great way to keep your clips organized). Me too. This type of scheme is fairly common in DAW applications, and has some good benefits. In at ...
