For unedited recording it can (sometimes) be possible to put the pieces back together based on their time of creation, but I guess that the timestamps are missing too.

The file that you attached is about 1 minute 39 seconds long, but it has damage of some kind that is causing only the first 0.078 seconds to open in Audacity.

Probably not possible to remove those sounds other than by "cutting them out" by editing. It may be possible to make those sounds quieter, but that may require a lot of work on your part. If you think it's worth the effort, feel free to post a short sample of each sound that you are wantin...
