Re: Are there some method to export m4a in a chain?

Audacity cannot currently do that, but you could export as WAV, then use another program (such as iTunes) to convert the WAV files to M4a.

Re: Help with Settings for Windows 10 please...

1) Which version of Audacity? (look in "Help > About Audacity" for the full version number)
2) What are you trying to record?
3) Is that exactly as the file was recorded, or have you amplified the noise?

Re: Lost data!!!

If you recently deleted the project "_data" folder, look in the Recycle Bin to see if it can be restored. If it's there, restore the file, ensure that it is in the same location as the "AUP" file, then the AUP file should open correctly. See here for more info about Audacity Proj...

Re: I can't record with my headphones

A normal computer mic has 3 metal contact points on the plug, as do normal headphones. Your headset has 4 contact points. It's the wrong connector for the sockets on your computer. You either need a headset that has two "mini-jack" plugs (one for the headphones and one for the mic), or a U...

Re: ReplayGain tagging in Linux, using 'id3' format

Mp3Gain can change the volume of MP3 files, losslessly, without writing tags. This will leave your existing tags in place and unaltered. To do this:
Select "Options - Tags - Ignore (do not read or write tags)" from the MP3Gain menu.
