Select the audio that you want to loop, then hold down the shift key and click on the Timeline (time ruler above the tracks) at the point that you want playback to start.

We generally recommend WASAPI loopback because few modern computers have Stereo Mix, but if Stereo Mix works for you, then go ahead and use it. The general advice is, use whatever works best for you.

The light blue socket is (should be) a stereo socket.
