You should normally connect USB devices before launching Audacity.
If Audacity is already open when you connect the USB device, you will need to instruct Audacity to "rescan audio devices" (near the bottom of the Transport menu).

Other way round. "Stuff" to the left of the line is virtually all low frequency noise and "DC off-set".

There's a lot of "Reverb" effect on the voice (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Reverberation).
Other than that it may not be possible to tell exactly how the voice has been processed without knowing what the unprocessed voice sounds like.
