I don't know what you mean by "authentic order", or what that option is supposed to do, but the original "Harmonic Enhancer" plug-in works OK.

You need the ".AUP" file to go with that folder. Unless you have both the ".aup" file and the "_data" folder it is impossible to open the project in any version of Audacity.

For now: 1. Duplicate the track 2. Mute the original track 3. Silence the part of the duplicate track that you don't want to hear.
