Re: Randomize playing of multiple file in 1 wav file
"Random"? If you just want multiple audio clips "in no recognisable order", then the job is quite easy. Here's a step-by-step break down: Import however many audio tracks you want to use. They will appear as separate tracks one above the other. Trim each track down to 30 seconds:...

Re: Why won't Audacity work on my recording?
It doesn't seem to be worthwhile to ask for help from Audacity judging from the "help" I've received so far. That does not encourage me to spend time trying. Nevertheless, I'll explain what one of the problems is with that recording. The sample rate is very low. http://wiki.audacityteam.o...

Re: Audacity's vertical zoom out?
I don't see anywhere or any way to restore to normal vertical zoom.. I agree that this is not very easy to find, but it is "Shift + Right Click". but the wheel means nothing. Which version of Audacity are you using? I think its the current 2.1.2 version that introduces mouse wheel control...

I'm not clear about what exactly you want to do, but Audacity has "Chains". See: http://manual.audacityteam.org/man/chai ... ation.html

Re: Why won't Audacity work on my recording?
If you say that Audacity can't fix it I'm saying that the damage caused by the " lossy compression " of MP3 encoding is impossible to fix, not only for Audacity but for any program at any price. This is why we stress the importance of working with high quality formats such as WAV, and lea...

Re: V2.0.3 On Windows XP
Audacity 2.0.3 is obsolete. XP is obsolete. Do you have 32 bit XP or 64 bit XP? If the 32-bit version, you need to have SP3 installed. If the 64-bit version, you need to have SP2 installed. If you computer has SSE2 support, please use the current 2.1.2 version of Audacity, if not, please use version...

Re: Compiling Version 2.1.2 For Windows 10 64-Bit w/ASIO Err
This looks like an issue that someone else reported that has now been fixed. I think you were unlucky and got the code at just the wrong time. Please try updating your source code.
