Re: lufs meter (klang)
Audacity does not have a built-in LUFS meter, but there are VST LUFS meters available which may work with Audacity on Windows. All LUFS meters should give the same loudness measurement, so whether you use the Klangfreund, Hornet Elm128 or any other LUFS meter, you 'should' get the same measurement. ...

Re: Can Audacity Remember a Microphone?
The order that you do things is all important. When Audacity is launched, it will uses the devices that were used last, if they are available . If the device that was used last is not available when Audacity is launched , then Audacity will look for an available device and try to use the first avail...

Re: coding entire tracks
Just playing around with the idea, I quite liked this version: (the duration 29.2 seconds is one complete cycle which can be looped) ;type generate (setf r1 149.0) (setf r2 108.0) (setf t1 365.0) (setf t2 (/ (* 8 365.0) 13.0)) (setf dur 29.2) (setf basehz1 440) (setf basehz2 440) (setf xt (sum baseh...

Re: track view changed
Perhaps you clicked on the vertical ruler at the left edge of the track? Doing so will zoom in vertically.
To zoom out, right click on the ruler, or "shift + right click" to zoom back to normal.

Re: HELP! How to go back to Original BPM Afterr Pitch Change
If you've not closed the project yet I'd suggest that you undo the changes that you've made so far and then redo them using the Sliding Time Scale / Pitch Shift effect. If you can't undo, but you only need to adjust the length a tiny bit, then perhaps better to use the "Change Speed" effec...

Re: HELP! How to go back to Original BPM Afterr Pitch Change
The next version of Audacity will have an additional option in the Change Pitch effect to tell it to use an alternative algorithm that accurately maintains the tempo. Until then, use the Sliding Time Scale / Pitch Shift effect: http://manual.audacityteam.org/man/slid ... shift.html
