Re: Modify the results of Soundfinder
You may need to set the first control to a more negative value, and/or increase the value of the second control.

Re: Some problems, applying Bass and Treble.
In addition, there is another disadvantage. The window isn't closing, and it is sometimes unclear after pressing "apply" whether the effect has been applied or not, especially if the file is short, the moment of applying is quickly flashing. In the ofher effects, the window is closing and...

Re: Can't find library
Sorry...i left out that info...16.04. I presume that you mean "Ubuntu 16.04". As Gale wrote, it is normal on Ubuntu to not have the "Libraries" option. Installing Audacity from the Ubuntu repository should automatically install Lame and FFmpeg (or avconv). Note that the version ...

Re: A pop that I can't get rid of?
You will get a pop if the waveform stops abruptly above or below the centre line. A common case is when the audio suffers from "DC offset" (see: http://manual.audacityteam.org/man/dc_offset.html). If DC offset is present, it should be fixed before you do anything else. Try applying a short...

If someone knows another way to fix this issue or fluctuating latency or I'm wrong in some point please let me know. Accurate latency compensation depends on the ability of the sound system to provide constant and predictable latency. Some sound systems, such as Jack Audio System on Linux and ASIO ...

Re: Zoom H2n mic/line choices
Alright, the WxWidgets version is 3.0.2. As I expected, Bunsenlabs have built Audacity with the wrong version of WxWidgets. See: http://wiki.audacityteam.org/wiki/Incorrect_wxWidgets_Version The PPA version mentioned in that page is designed for Ubuntu and derivatives, but 'may' work with Bunsenlab...

Re: Audio playback of ultrasound above 20 kHz.
My RME plays 95 kHz fine. Interesting to know. Which model is it? The RME ADI-2 claims: Frequency response AD/DA, -1 dB: < 5 Hz - 70 kHz (sf 192 kHz). I had an old Win98 machine with a cheap SoundBlaster card that went up to at least 25kHz (I know that because I was using it to test the frequency r...
