Yes, that one.
On the rare occasions that I do this sort of thing I use Avidemux.

That may be important.
Look in "Help menu > About Audacity" and you will see the version number near the top of the "About" window.

That's irrelevant. Look at the posted screenshot - it is not "a clipped recording".

Try changing the track "Rate" to 44100 (see: https://manual.audacityteam.org/man/audio_track_dropdown_menu.html) If you need to change the track sample rate without affecting the pitch or speed, use "Tracks menu > Resample" (see: https://manual.audacityteam.org/man/tracks_menu.ht...
