I'm no expert with CD burning software, but it looks to me like K3B has written the CD-Text.
If you put the CD into your computer, do any media players see the CD-Text?
Does your HDMI909 show text for any CDs? If so, what sort of CDs show text?

Audacity is very GUI orientated. For command line use, have a look at SoX http://sox.sourceforge.net/

Re: manipulating or removing vocals
In both workflows I'm losing most of the audio That indicates that the track is almost identical in both channels, which in turn indicates that it will probably not be possible to remove the vocals with Audacity. On last thing that you can try in Audacity is the new "Vocal Reduction and Isolat...

Re: Audacity Recording Sounds on PC?
If you want absolute silence to replace quiet parts of a recording, you could apply a "Noise Gate" effect to the track. There is a Noise Gate plug-in here: http://wiki.audacityteam.org/wiki/Nyquist_Effect_Plug-ins#Noise_Gate Instructions for downloading and installing: http://wiki.audacity...

The “random” file names are the same every time a new project is recorded Not unless you are using an ancient version of Audacity. The current blockfile/directory scheme uses two levels of subdirectories - up to 256 'eXX' and up to 256 'dYY' directories within each of the 'eXX' dirs, where XX and Y...

Re: Latency Problems with MME and Focusrite
So, looks like I install ASIO and that should solve the problem? Unfortunately it's not that easy. Due to licensing restrictions Audacity cannot legally be distributed with ASIO support. If you need ASIO support in Audacity, you have to build it yourself from the source code. The way to get zero la...

Re: New "only one rare use" way of changing sound pitch
If the purpose of this is to play a video on YouTube at 120 fps, I suspect this is going to work in the way that you are hoping. When you play a 60 fps YouTube video at 2x speed, does it play at 120 fps, or does it play at 60 fps and drop every other frame? You may be able to check that with Google ...

Re: Recording 2 mono channels
I did some recording with one stereo track - at first hearing, it sounds pretty good. How is your experience with splitting guys - straightforward clean job, or some surprise possible? Splitting stereo tracks is quick and easy. Stereo tracks may be split as "Left" and "Right" ch...

I don't think Brasero has settings for CD-Text, but I think it "should" write CD-Text provided: 1) Write the disk in DAO (disk at once) mode. I think this is required for CD-Text with any software. The CD drive (hardware) must have built-in support for both DAO and CD-Text. (Some drives do...
