Bluetooth devices can be problematic for Audacity due to connectivity issues beyond our control. Also, given that bluetooth uses compressed audio data, the sound quality is reduced during transmission.
If your headset has an "always on" option, then you may have more success with it.

Re: Why does Audacity store audio in small chunks?
It's not that this is wrong or anything, I'm only interested in *why* was this decision taken in the first place and would it be the same if you would start the project now? Say you have an 8 hour long track and you need to remove a click from somewhere within that track. Because Audacity's data is...

It appears to be largely irrelevant because for mouse users the focussed track is implicit. if you click on a solo button or a mut...

It's very important for VI users as it is the only way to navigate to a specific track when using a screen reader.waxcylinder wrote: ↑Sun Mar 14, 2021 8:53 amPersonally, I never use track focus - and have never seen a need for it,

Re: Help with fixing mixing audio file when exporting
How do I change the setting to where before you export (save an audio file) it says do you want to automatically mix the audios together, or something like that. You can reset Audacity's warnings / messages by resetting Audacity's configuration: "Tools menu > Reset Configuration". How do ...

Re: when trying to record always snaps to end of song
What if I have created a new track, and want to record on it, without creating a whole other new track? 1. Ensure that the number of channels selected in the Device Toolbar matches the number of channels in the track that you wish to record into. 2. Click on the empty track at the point where you w...
