Looks like trash to me. I doubt that anything useful can be recovered from that. I'm guessing that you don't have a backup, but if you do, then it's time to use the backup.

How far are you getting?
Do you have wxGTK 3.0.2 installed?
What error messages are you getting?

It could be due to a damaged mic cable / plug. Are you able to test the mic with anything other than your computer?

What sort of "noise" is that? Is it a loud hum?
