The Equalization effect is overdue for some TLC. I'm hoping to have time to work on it for Audacity 2.2.2.

It also comes up as having zero bytes. I think that's the end of the road. Zero bytes means there is no data. I've committed the fix for this, so barring unforeseen problems it should be fixed in Audacity 2.2.1 in December.
