Re: Recording Issues

If you start recording with the button and hit the record button again, while recording, it kills the stop button. Thanks for that update. Re: New update changed everything, HELP!

whichever prior version I had Any idea which version that was? Was it a 2.x.x version? If you were using an earlier 2.x.x version, then most of the big changes are configurable so you can get the new version to look and act much like the older version if that is what you prefer. Re: Audacity 2.2.1 not loading...

Generally accepted Linux advice: " Do not run as root, ever. " If you need to make system changes, uses "sudo" or "su", then return to standard user permissions when you have completed the system changes. What Linux distribution are you using? Which version of Audacity,...

Re: Can't get Audient ID14 to work with Audacity

Do you see it listed in the Recording tab? Try shutting down your computer completely (not just "sleep"), then disconnect the ID14 and visually check the USB lead. Reconnect the ID14, ensuring that the plugs are secure in the sockets. Connect the microphone and boot up the computer. Wait u...

Re: Can't get Audient ID14 to work with Audacity

Look in the Windows Sound Control Panel in the Recording tab (no need to open Audacity for this).
