The "Size" setting that you are using with the sample rate of your audio is giving you an analysis of frequencies at intervals of 46.875 Hz.

Re: Missing plugin, even though it says Enabled
Try this (ensure that Audacity is not running before you start): 1) Download "Audacity 2.2.1 zip file (11.57 MB)" from https://www.audacityteam.org/download/windows/ 2) Unzip (extract) the contents to a suitable location on your local computer where your standard (non-admin) log-in has rea...

Re: a good cd burner
When I was on Windows, I used to use CDBurnerXP.

If you want to discus accessibility, you'd do better to discus with David Bailes who knows far more about this that I do. He has been our accessibility advisor for the past 10+ years and is is contactable via the Audacity4blind mailing list.

Re: Playlist Fandango - VLC Media Player
There are several different ways that metadata ("tags") can be added, so tags made in one application may not appear as intended in another (Microsoft and Apple are notorious for ignoring standards). Fortunately there are some (free) programs that can help to tag, or fix tags, such as http...

Re: Audacity 2.0.6 for Windows
The official download location is temporarily unavailable (it was on Gale Andrews' server, but sadly Gale passed away toward the end of last year).
In the meantime, you can get it from here: https://sourceforge.net/projects/audaci ... ity/2.0.6/
