Sorry very frustrated - I can't get the De-Esser to show up under plugins. I followed the links you posted above about how to install .ny plugins - when I navigated to Library/Application Support/audacity there was no Plug-Ins folder at all. I wound up copy pasting the De-Ess and De-Click .ny files...

Please state which version of Windows you are using,
and the exact three-section version of Audacity from "Help menu > About Audacity".

It's not one of the presets that is shipped by default.

I notice on my machine ('buntu 16.04) there is a symlink from libwebpmux.so.1 to libwebpmux.so.1.0.2 (both in /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu).
Making a symlink from libwebpmux.so.1.0.2 to whatever version you actually have may work.
