Re: plugins folder thing..
"C\Program Files\" is for 64-bit apps and plug-ins.
"C:\Program Files (x86)\" is for 32-bit apps and plug-ins.
Audacity is a 32-bit app on Windows and can only use 32-bit plug-ins. 64-bit plug-ins won't work in Audacity on Windows.

Re: Plugin Pseudo Stereo truncates audio track
Click on the track somewhere near the middle - preferably select a place that contains silence (or almost silent). "Edit menu > Clip Boundaries > Split" That will split the track into two "clips". Double click in the left hand clip to select it. Apply "Pseudo Stereo" e...

Re: enhancements for time shift selection
When working with the timeshift tool it would be beneficial to show what the tool has selected. It works the other way round. If there is no "selection" (see: https://manual.audacityteam.org/man/audacity_selection.html) then the Time Shift Tool moves only the audio clip that you click and...

Re: Sorting VST plugins in a list
Have you tried asking on the "Audacity for blind" mailing list? There are expert blind Audacity users on that mailing list that may be able to offer useful recommendations. If you are not familiar with that mailing list, there are instructions here for how to access it: https://wiki.audaci...
