How does that work with the specified "80Hz with a pulse width of 200µs"?
Wouldn't the pulse width at 80 Hz with 50% duty cycle be 625 µs?

Re: 3D Spectrogram

Have just uploaded a tutorial to http://starrydave.com/?p=744 Maybe someone could test it out with their own sound file. Cool :) If you want to keep it all open source, you could use Gimp rather than Paint.Net. And for completeness, a link to the babylon.JS website: https://www.babylonjs.com/ @dwsu...

I'd be interested to hear how you did that. Would you like to tell us?

That was (and still is) 16 channels per "port". I recall configuring 4 MIDI ports in "Logic Pro" well over 20 years ago, giving 64 channels total. A big MIDI setup may have 16 or more MIDI ports.

Re: Nyquist effects missing

Today: want to use it again... the "missing Nyquist files" message pops up. Are you sure that you are using the installed version, and not running Audacity from the downloaded (not installed) DMG file? Running Audacity from the DMG will give that error. I am using Audacity 2.0.3 on Mac OS...

Re: Need Help Using Audacity with Wikoo Tape To MP3 Converte

That doesn't solve my issue. It's not clear what your issue is, though from your last post I take it that there is still a problem?) Let's try a check list: You have the drivers for the device and you have installed them? You have read and followed the instructions on this page? https://wiki.audaci...

Re: 80Hz - 200µs signal

to create in Audacity a signal of 80Hz with a pulse width of 200µs? If you mean that you want a pulse wave with a pulse width of 200 µs and a pulse repetition frequency of 80 Hz, then running this code in the Nyquist Prompt effect will do that: (osc-pulse 8 -0.997) Note that this is a digital signa...

Re: downsampling to cd format from a pro tools session

Dither is enabled by default in Audacity, so assuming that you've not changed that, you don't need to worry about it. 1) Import the files into Audacity. 2) Set the "Project Rate" (lower left corner of the main Audacity window) to 44100 (note, this is the standard sample rate for CDs, not 4...
