Re: Audacity became very slow

Is there any way I can change the pathway for the files so that it's reallocated to D instead? The easiest way is to save the project to the D drive. ("File menu > Save Project As..." then select a suitable location on the D: drive.) There's an informative article here about managing proj...

Re: possible bug on 2.2.2

Try using a lower sample rate (44100 Hz)
The sound is getting mangled, which could be due to the computer failing to keep up with the very high sample rate.

Re: Exporting to 5.1 and error HELP

Re: possible bug on 2.2.2

An AUP file is not an audio file, it is just part of an Audacity project (the other part is the "_data" folder that contains the audio data. For more information, see: https://manual.audacityteam.org/man/audacity_projects.html) I can hear that the sound turns down suddenly That is probably...

Re: Audacity 2.1.3 playback track interlock?

(Ver. 2.1.3) The current version is 2.2.2, and is available via the Audacity website: https://www.audacityteam.org/download/ I set the sound levels in a folder by ear, playing a peak section in 1 track for a few seconds, then clicking "play" on a section of another track (in another Audac...

Re: audio fiction

I was hoping that if I used the same file names as I used originally and put those files in the right folder that It would automatically update itself. That will probably not work. By default, Audacity copies the audio data from files when you import them, so all of the project's audio data is as &...

No, that's not available - just the scrollbar.
