Note also that in the manual (which I have RTFM'd) under Macros there doesn't seem to be an entry for Generate Silence under the Generate commands. Is that deliberate? You want non-lossy and zero compression. 16-bit works well enough. except that momstro specifically said that their client needs WAV files at 44.1, 24bit. When the project is closed, the history is erased so as to reduce the size of the project (for large projects this can be many GB).
