Re: neeeed help... New to this and cannot figure out for life of me

Is there a way to remove those two things but keep the soft speaking in the background? No, not possible. Re: Can Audacity do this?

I need a quick yes/no answer to whether Audacity can find a number of times an radio commercial has been ran in a 24 hour recording of a radio broadcast. Short answer: No. The fact that you did not accept Koz's answer indicates that you would actually like a longer answer, so here goes: Audacity do...

Re: Сhanging project rate.

The "external program" export option allows you to specify any command line encoder that you have installed on your computer. Examples are included for "lame" and "ffmpeg" command line encoders. In my previous post I gave an example using SoX command line encoder. Detai...

Re: Macros issue with Generate Silence

My guess is that the lack of documentation for the silence generator is due to a conflict with the "Silence Audio" command. I'll raise this with the developers. The developer responsible for this confirmed that was the problem and has now fixed it, so it should be correct in the version 2...

With ability to use the log entries
For that to work it would be necessary for the log entry to contain the settings of each effect in full. For some effects, that's a lot of information, for example, the Equalization effect in "Draw Curves" mode could have dozens of control points.
