Re: How do I use my Blue Tooth speakers?
The speakers must be connected before you open Audacity. However, even if you do get it working I would advise against using bluetooth speakers because: 1) If you record from a mic. then you must use headphones so as to prevent sound from the speakers being recorded by the mic. 2) Bluetooth devices ...

Re: crash on start up
Ensure that your anti-virus (malwarebytes?) is fully updated, then run the Audacity installer again and, during the installation, select the option to "Reset Preferences". On first launch, confirm to reset preferences. If the problem persists, please test as many menu items as possible to ...

Re: Use taskbar icon progress indicator for import/export progress
The simplest solution would be to move or copy the files into the same folder before you start. Moving files that are on the same logical drive should be very fast. Copying is slower, but should still be a lot quicker than when importing since the files do not need to be decoded. I'm pretty sure the...

Re: Stretching
But I want to make the things happen at extremely exact times (like 00:04:647) When applying effects, they are applied to the region of audio that is "selected". You can select a region precisely by using the "Selection Toolbar": https://manual.audacityteam.org/man/selection_too...
