Re: Audacity does not find the correct device

Re: Nyquist Prompt Output

Nyquist is a separate program that has been shoehorned into Audacity. When you run a Nyquist script in Audacity, what happens is that Audacity passes the relevant code and data to Nyquist, then Nyquist runs the code and returns the final result back to Audacity (see this section about "return v...

Re: Silence Finder is now ~5x slower

Any suggestions Get Audacity 2.3.1 as soon as it comes out. Nyquist plug-ins are back up to the 2.2.2 speed. It's scheduled for release in January. or assistance You could try this version. Re: how to record streaming sound from other software?

Stereo Mix will only work if playback and record are both set to the same device (either both using the built-in sound card, or both using the USB audio device). If you can't get stereo mix working, try the "WASAPI loopback" method described here: https://manual.audacityteam.org/man/tutori...

Re: Record from sound card - 4 channels

Click on the "Properties" button (Egenskaper), then switch to the "Advanced" tab.
In this image you can see that my sound card is set for recording 2 channels. You need to set yours for 4 channels.
