so now both "My song Fire.aup" and "My song Fire_data" are in the same folder?

As a workaround, when taking a windowed (not full-screen) screenshot, you could move the screenshot tool to the side so that it does not overlap the Audacity window. Windows 10 also a screenshot/recording tool (windows key + G) Try the "Snipping Tool" https://support.microsoft.com/en-ph/he...

That device info looks strange. There is still no mention of Pulse, but Audacity is reporting the name of some audio "settings" as if they were "devices". Namely: Device ID: 8 Device name: samplerate Device ID: 9 Device name: speexrate Device ID: 10 Device name: speex Device ID: ...
