If you export your recordings as WAV files, you will be able to add them to a CD compilation with Brasero.

Not in Audacity.
You need to use a program such as Antares AutoTune with a supported host application.

It is not recommended to associate audio files with Audacity as doing so will interfere with the normal "play" associations, and it can be annoying to be prompted to save the new Audacity project if all you wanted to do was to play the file. Also, Windows 10 makes it difficult to associate...

Better to convert it to WAV if possible (Converting to WMA will reduce the sound quality a bit).
