Try saving the project, then closing Audacity, then restart Audacity and reopen the project. Note that the "Undo" history is lost when closing the project. Ensure that you have 3.0.2 and not 3.0.0 (3.0.2 was released soon after 3.0.0).
Look in "Help menu > About Audacity" for the exact version number.

Yes you can.

1. Ensure that Audacity is not running.
2. Open the hidden folder: Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\audacity\
   (where "<username>" is your computer log-in name).
3. Delete the two files:
   pluginregistry.cfg
   pluginsettings.cfg
4. Restart Audacity

Try updating to the current 3.0.2 version of Audacity (available via the Audacity website: https://www.audacityteam.org/download/)

If that doesn't fix it, please start a new topic and provide full details, including exact and full quotes of any error messages.

I see that it's slightly different on the H2n from the original H2 which I've got.
