According to Google's help (https://support.google.com/googleplay/p ... er/6260341) one of the prerequisites is that you:
"Have a valid RSS feed that conforms to the RSS 2.0 specification and has all required tags.".

Audacity does not support VST instruments. However, it looks like they might be compatible with the free Native Instrument Kontakt player. You should get in touch with Spitfire LABS for support for their products.

Check the recording settings in the Windows Sound Control Panel.

Ensure that he has the microphone the right way round (the Samson C01U looks pretty similar from the front and the back, but picks up much less well from the back).

Sorry, but I have no idea what you are talking about. Perhaps a screenshot or photo would help to explain.

What are your headphones plugged into?
Ensure that the "playback" device setting in the device toolbar is set to the sound card / audio device that you are using.

Please avoid posting in all UPPER CASE as it is less comfortable to read, and generally considered to be "shouting".

I'm not aware of any effects that do that, but if you feel ambitious, you could have a go at making a "Nyquist Plug-in" to do it (see: https://manual.audacityteam.org/man/nyquist.html)
