No definite plans yet for Windows, other than that Audacity will eventually go 64-bit. We don't currently have the resources to produce 32 and 64-bit Windows builds, so when Audacity does become 64-bit on Windows, Audacity will no longer run on 32-bit systems.

Better, would be to work out where that 206 Hz tone is coming from, and prevent the problem from happening.
