To Steve's solution:

Yes, I know of that nyquist command. But it still acts the same as if I just clicked resample.

Re: Bad link to Audacity CD

There are no longer any official CD releases of Audacity. I am not able to change the released version of the manual because it is now "cast in stone", but I'll ensure that the next release version is corrected. Some people leech off open source software by selling it on ebay while contrib...

Word of warning, don't modify the contents of the flash card with your computer. The Zoom has it's own formatting a...

Re: Confused about Audacity 2.3.2 System Requirements

The problem is that the website has lists of versions in too many places, and when new versions have been released, some of those places have not been updated. I'm told that the definitive list for which versio...

Re: print manual

PDF is an Adobe paid license. I don't think that's the main problem because Adobe granted royalty free rights for all of their patents that are necessary to make, use, sell, and distribute PDF compliant implementations (ISO32000-1PublicPatentLicense.pdf 2008). The major problem is that the Audacity...

Re: Vocal Remover does not work

There is no guaranteed way of removing vocals unless you have the original multi-track recordings.
See this page in the manual for some techniques that sometimes work with some songs: https://manual.audacityteam.org/man/tut ... ation.html
