If this is the objective, then there's a simple solution built in:

1) Click the Solo button on the track that you want to export
2) Export Multiple (based on tracks)

Ooh, that's not right.

Try resetting the toolbars to see if that fixes it: "View menu > Toolbars > Reset Toolbars"
