Try saving the project, then closing Audacity, then restart Audacity and reopen the project. Note that the "Undo" history is lost when closing the project. Saving the project may be very slow - be patient, have a cup of coffee or something, wait for it to complete. Hopefully it will not be...

Ensure that you have 3.0.2 and not 3.0.0 (3.0.2 was released soon after 3.0.0).
Look in "Help menu > About Audacity" for the exact version number.

Try updating to the current 3.0.2 version of Audacity (available via the Audacity website: https://www.audacityteam.org/download/)

I see that it's slightly different on the H2n from the original H2 which I've got.
