Just because you can play back through the drivers doesn't mean you can record from them, especially given that Reason uses ASIO drivers, and audacity doesn't. So the first thing to check is whether you have enabled ASIO drivers, in which case audacity certainly won't work. As it says on the wiki: ...

I get the feeling that it was the MAC users who seemed to be having the worst time with the PreSonus....
